This policy covers the website lanternlabs.com.au. Products and services run by Lantern Labs have their own privacy policies, shown where you use them.
Only what you type into our forms: your name, email address, organisation and message. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors.
To reply to you and to resolve support tickets. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details.
Messages are delivered to our company mailbox and stored on servers located in Australia. We delete them once your enquiry is finished, and within 12 months at most. Support tickets are kept for the life of the client relationship.
Lantern Labs staff who handle enquiries, and the providers that host our website and email. Those providers act on our instructions and cannot use your details for their own purposes.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@lanternlabs.com.au. We acknowledge requests within 5 business days.
Write to privacy@lanternlabs.com.au. If we cannot resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
